Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of peeled carrots
- 1/3 cup of finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of hot honey
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Cut the carrots into 1 1/2-inch pieces and then cut each piece in half lengthwise. Transfer them to a medium bowl.
3. Add Parmesan, oil, garlic, onion powder, and salt to the carrots. Toss well to coat.
4. Arrange the carrots, cut-sides down, on a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
6. Transfer the carrots to a serving dish and drizzle evenly with hot honey.
