Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, stirred
- 1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Directions:
1. Line a large dinner plate with parchment paper and arrange banana slices in a single layer, touching each other. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
2. Drizzle peanut butter over the banana slices and return to the freezer.
3. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl.
4. Sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt, pressing to adhere if needed. Freeze until set, about 15 minutes. Break the bark into 24 pieces, serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days.
