Ingredients:
1 (7.1-ounce) package of microwaveable udon stir-fry noodles
4 cups of shredded coleslaw mix
2 cups of snow peas
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons of refrigerated garlic paste
1 teaspoon of refrigerated ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
12 ounces of shaved beef steak
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Position oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat broiler.
2. On a large rimmed baking sheet, gently separate noodles and mix with coleslaw, snow peas, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, and crushed red pepper.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet, making sure to cover the entire surface.
4. Arrange beef evenly on top of the noodle mixture and drizzle with sesame oil.
5. Broil until beef is browned in spots and cabbage is wilted, around 7 minutes.
6. Use tongs to mix the ingredients until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles.
7. Divide the noodles and beef among 4 bowls and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
