Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese

4 ounces smoked salmon

1 slice beefsteak tomato

6 slices English cucumber

2 tablespoons sliced red onion

1 tablespoon sliced scallion

3 sprigs fresh dill

1 teaspoon capers, rinsed

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 whole-grain everything bagels, toasted

Directions Spread cream cheese on a cutting board. Layer smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, red onion, scallion, dill, and capers; season with pepper. Chop the mixture until chunky and well mixed. Divide evenly between 2 bagel halves; top with remaining halves.
